We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts, focusing on building brand awareness, driving lead generation, and supporting pipeline growth. This role demands a strategic and creative professional with a strong ability to balance both digital and traditional marketing approaches. The ideal candidate will excel at developing, executing, and managing impactful marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and strengthen our market presence.

Key roles and responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support organizational objectives across multiple channels and segments.
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and target audience.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to analyze customer behavior and market trends, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee all marketing activities, including SEO, organic and paid campaigns, email outreach, and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and external vendors, to drive marketing efforts.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, expanding the company's presence on social media and other platforms.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, ensuring campaigns are delivering a strong ROI.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring activities are executed within agreed financial parameters.
  • Create and manage content, including press releases, social media posts, and corporate announcements.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to prepare creative briefs for external agencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of marketing experience within the Information Security industry.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with OEMs, ISVs, and partners, including managing Marketing Development Funds (MDFs).
  • Demonstrable experience in creating and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing software such as Hubspot, and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Illustrator, Canva, Figma) and website management platforms (e.g., Webflow, WordPress).
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in the Middle East and European markets is preferred but not mandatory.
