Experience integrating audit-like data (logs/alerts) relating to mobile based policy violations into an agency enterprise SIEM tool
Technical support experience for VMware Workspace ONE environment and associated applications
Installing, configuring and maintaining a scalable and high availability virtual environment utilizing VMware Horizon View 7.x with AppVol, ThinApp, UEM, and Workspace ONE Access.
Maintain a broad technical understanding across VMware End User Computing products/technologies.
Technical Certification (VMware Certified Professional - Desktop and Mobility (VCP-DTM) or VMware Certified Professional - Digital Workspace (VCP- DW), with at least 5 years relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
In-depth knowledge on core-components: Console-Server, Device-Services Server, Database Server.
Experience in Deployment and Upgrade of core-components.
Experience with Email Management using Powershell.
Experience with Windows Mobile Access Gateway Proxy, UAG (Unified Access Gateway-Content Gateway), Workspace ONE Access (vIDM).
Experience with Application Management with Troubleshooting.
Proficient in troubleshooting Windows/Linux Server, Network troubleshooting (using wireshark)
Experience in using below tools:
Android Studio (android device logs)
3uTools (ios device logs)
WireShark (packet trace)
Charles Proxy
Fiddler
OpenSSL
Curl
Troubleshooting of various components and capability to pinpoint the faulty server/component quickly.
Experience to target and review the right logs for issues.
Expert level Boxer-app troubleshooting
Ability to explain the product on conference calls with Networking, Security and upper Management.
Understanding of Fortinet-WAF, Netscaler-LB, Firewall.
Experience in running DB-queries
Troubleshooting iOS, Android, Rugged, Windows Desktop devices.
To be able to extend shift, provide 24/7 availability to assist engineers who are on weekend on-call support or weekend activities.
Experience in Certificate (cyphers, SSL/TLS) Troubleshooting
Experience to tell what should be done to Networking and Security team instead of asking them to troubleshoot the issue.
